Although it’s made entirely out of polyester, this skirt does one fantastic job of looking like fish scales! It has a shimmering green fish-scale print all along the exterior and a wide ruffle near the bottom to create the illusion of a fin. Once you have it on, you just have to decide whether you’re going to be a friendly mermaid on a diplomatic mission of peace, or if you plan on stirring up some trouble with the land-walkers!
