Lifeguards have a very stressful job. Not only do they have to save people from potentially drowning in the rough ocean waters, but there are other beach dangers to watch out for. For instance, shark attacks and earthquakes are a fairly common occurrence. With all of these taxing job responsibilities, it’s only understandable that lifeguards need to take their allotted breaks throughout the day to calm down. The beach watchers like to unwind by taking calm, brisk jogs on the shoreline. Oh, we should probably mention that these runs are done in slow-motion!
