Warrior Armor Bustier

Description

A woman in ancient times was kind of stuck between Scylla and Charybdis. On one hand, most cultures didn’t really allow her to take up arms and go off to war. On the other hand, crazed barbarians or rampaging mythical creatures seemed to be pillaging and razing towns and cities all over the map, and hers could be next!

So it would have been a really good idea for her to wear some protective clothing, just in case, and to get pretty familiar with her society’s weapon of choice. Which is what we think plenty of women must have done, since our archaeologists recently unearthed this big stack of Warrior Armor Bustiers. Why weren’t these selfless heroines immortalized in song and on the sides of pottery? Our best guess is that some musclebound hoplite would always arrive just in time to claim the glory. Now it’s up to us to pay tribute to the real defenders of the hearth!
