When St. Patrick’s Day rolls around each spring, everyone dons their greenest outfits, eats a mouthful of corned beef and potatoes, and raises a pint to the patron saint of Ireland. All of the St. Patty’s traditions that have evolved over the years are as numerous as they are different, but most of them involve feasting, wishing good luck, and turning everything so green it’ll make your eyes tingle.

Another more infamous tradition for Saint P’s Day is pinching someone if they aren’t wearing green.
