Do you want a Halloween costume that’ll make people shake in their boots? Well, it gets tough to inspire true fear when we’re adults. Those creepy clown costumes just don’t hold the same weight they used to. What you need is an air of authority. What you need is a lot of attitude and power. If you’ve got a good shout and plenty of attitude to vent then you just might make a good drill sergeant.

There aren’t many uniformed costumes that will bring soldiers to nervous sweats but this costume would make them take a panicked second look. Just remember you’re not actually a military official. Get into character but be careful not to yell at the wrong person, it might not go over very well. Just in case, try yelling compliments. Mind if we yell in caps for a second? Try something like this, “THIS IS AN EXCEPTIONALLY CRAFTED COCKTAIL, SIR. I APPRECIATE THAT YOU WENT THE EXTRA MILE AND MUDDLED THE MINT THOROUGHLY”. This will allow you to remain in character without risking a loss of social status. You might even find you don’t even have to open your mouth to earn a little extra respect, no one wants to steal a parking spot from a drill sergeant!

You’ll look sharp in this camo uniform, all you need is a pair of super shiny boots or shoes. Remember, no one is going to believe you’re a drill sergeant if they can’t see their face in the shine of your shoe leather. Maybe you’re setting up your own obstacle course or maybe you’re going out for Halloween. Either way, one thing is for sure. You’re making Halloween intimidating again.
