We used to get down in the dumps whenever we wanted to feel a little more like a kangaroo. There just wasn’t much that could make us feel like such amazing natural jumpers, except for special shoes that we built from springy Space Age alloys. And the footgear made us way less vertically-challenged, but then we had to deal with a bunch of cracked ceiling tiles and a few sky-high hospital bills. You won’t see that in any nature documentaries!

Our biggest regret is not making this great-looking costume sooner. Because our research taught us that yes, kangaroos are known for their bouncing, but they’re also dedicated parents. Yes, they have powerful legs with long, sturdy feet, but they also have brown fur, pointy ears, and a muscular tail! If only we had eased into the lifestyle of these charismatic creatures by carrying adorable stuffed joeys around in belly pouches, we might never have tried flinging ourselves around the office at dizzying heights and breakneck speeds.

But don’t feel too sorry for us. We just want you know that this Child Kangaroo Costume was lovingly crafted out of admiration for some of the planet’s most athletic mammals while we recovered from our intense wallaby-style workout. We hope you’ll enjoy strapping the jumpsuit, hood, shoe covers, and mitts to a normal-looking kid, instantly transforming them into an extraordinary-looking marsupial! And for the record, we don’t recommend artificially enhancing your youngsters’ natural hopping abilities. There’s such a thing as flying too close to the sun!
