The Wicked Witch of the West famously threatened to get Dorothy and her little dog too, so we have to wonder how she might feel about seeing her signature style borrowed by, well, a little dog. If we had to guess, we’d say “none too pleased” would probably cover it. After all, the Wicked Witch is no friend to animals, even if you count her army of flying monkeys, who seem more like overworked employees than beloved pets. On the other hand, maybe the Wicked Witch has a better sense of humor than we give her credit for. She does laugh an awful lot, come to think of it. Perhaps she’d even respond to this pet costume by putting together a Toto costume of her own!

Whether it’s being worn as a cheeky tribute or a gentle taunt, this adorably witchy costume turns the tables on the classic “little dog vs. Wicked Witch” dynamic. The polyester dress attaches under the belly with Velcro, while the pointy witch’s hat fastens under the chin with an adjustable strap.
