Little Toto is the cutest dog to ever come out of Kansas, and he’s really what kick-starts Dorothy’s fantastic adventure in the first place. After all, he’s the one who tries to fend off the nasty Miss Gulch. When Miss Gulch threatens to have poor Toto euthanized, Dorothy runs away… which means she isn’t able to hide in the family storm shelter when that terrible tornado tears through the countryside. That means she has to hole up in her family’s farmhouse, and that means she’s along for the ride when the house is flung into the wonderful land of Oz.

When you look at it that way, it’s clear that Toto is the real hero of the story. So it makes sense that your little tyke wants to dress up like him—and they’ll look doggone adorable in this Toto Tots Costume. The 100 percent polyester jumper is covered in black faux fur and includes a fur hood with a Velcro tab fastener under the chin.
