Ya gotta hand it to horror movies…they can take literally anything and make it into a terrifying nightmare! Clowns, cars, rabid dogs, jewelry (wait…The Ring was about an actual ring, right?), leprechauns, and especially dolls.

Maybe it’s because most little kids treats their dolls as if they’re sentient beings that can see and feel, but man, do horror movies really rip the stuff out the innocence of a childhood doll! First, they took the sunshiny happiness of the “My Buddy” doll (“wherever I’m go, heee’s gonna go!” – #earworm #yourewelcome), gave it the coloring of the iconic Raggedy Andy doll, and then turned him into a horrifying doll husk that contains the soul of a serial killer (birth name Charles Lee Ray, FTR). Then, Because Equality, we get treated to a bride doll being inhabited by the sick and twisted soul of Chucky’s super fun and stable gal pal, Tiffany!

And then there’s Glen, the Son of Chucky. Which, we’ll be honest…there’s ugly babies, and then there’s Glen. But at least what he lacks in beauty, he makes up in personality! After all, when you’re the seed of Chucky and Tiff, you’re bound to be a little messed up…you might even have duel identities! Which just goes to prove that, in the land of horror movies, even the sweet dolls can’t get away from an evil side. Rather than fight it, just go with it by embracing the identity of the tragically perplexed son of insane killer dolls by on this Son of Chucky Mask. (And for a special touch, hum or sing the jingle of “My Buddy” wherever you go to really drive the childhood horror home!)
