Forrest Gump was many things over the course of his lifetime, but one thing that always stuck with him was running. Ever since he was a kid with leg braces, he found running as a way to escape not only physically but mentally. Whether it was the local bully chasing him down the road after school or a breakup with Jenny, Forrest always turned to running to help make things better. I can’t say we enjoy running quite as much as Forrest, but his efforts were quite admirable.
