Sure, Christmas is a holly jolly time for most people. You have to wonder, is it truly the happiest season of all when you’re one of four mutant turtles celebrating yuletide in a sewer? Christmas puts everyone in touch with their inner child. How are you supposed to celebrate when you’re one of four mutants and you have a rat for a father figure? Even though the turtles have plenty of ‘tude we’re sure they found a way to have a great time at Christmas.
Even if their tree may have been small and a little wilted from the sewer fumes, they must have gotten into the holiday spirit. Santa probably got Donnie some new contraptions to fiddle with and improve. Leo probably got a new katana. Mikey must have opened a brand new pizza stone so he could save some cash from all those pizza deliveries. Raph would have loved to unwrap a new sai. Before you head to Grandma’s house on Christmas morning, put on your TMNT sweater. Whether or not you were cool but crude or nice, you’ll just be glad you aren’t celebrating in the sewer this year.
