This girl’s Salem Witch ensemble features a black ruffled maxi skirt with a separate white shirt. Details like a black trimmed ruffle placket, ribbon wrist ties, and lace bell openings on the sleeves add signature style to the top. Just tuck in the shirt, cinch her waist with the laced belt, and secure the cape around the collar with the ribbon tie.
