Naturally, to keep up with this high-flying lifestyle the flight crew had to have plenty of skill. They not only had to serve the complicated meals and announce flight plans and security measures but they had to make sure the social elite stayed securely buckled and in their places.

If you think you could tell Elvis Presley to stop swiveling his hips in the aisle and buckle his seatbelt for landing then you probably would have made a great 1960s flight attendant.
