This costume would look GREAT in Technicolor, with its red plaid shirt, bright red shorts, and red and white knee socks. Just be sure to pick up a wig and a pair of munchkin booties…unless you’re hoping you can go barefoot and Dorothy will lend you her ruby slippers.
